The idea of starting the company stemmed from a major problem businesses often faced. While working in the sector, I observed that though IT companies were great at offering highly advanced, cutting-edge solutions, they often fell short in giving great customer service. Businesses had to wait for several days even to get minor issues fixed. This disrupted their operations, wasted resources, and hurt their reputation with the end customer.
I wanted to change that, so I founded Accelerated Systems. It’s a platform where sophisticated tech solutions and exceptional customer care go hand in hand.
